Every week, professional matchmakers dedicate countless hours to grassroots recruiting.
They attend networking events, ask for referrals, create social media content, run advertising campaigns, interview prospective members, and build their databases one relationship at a time.
Many larger agencies invest thousands of dollars each month on marketing, paid advertising, recruiters, and client acquisition simply to keep their databases growing.
Independent matchmakers often do all of this themselves while simultaneously serving existing clients.
