- The Matchmaking Network is a private nationwide network connecting intentional singles with professionally vetted matchmakers. Instead of joining one private database, your profile can be considered by multiple matchmakers across the country when you're a great fit for one of their clients.
- How is this different from dating apps or traditional matchmaking?
Traditional matchmaking companies build matches from their own private databases. The Matchmaking Network is different.
You create one private profile that may be discovered by multiple vetted professional matchmakers across the country whenever you're a potential fit for one of their clients.
No swiping. No algorithms. No public profiles.

- Does it cost anything to join?
Creating your profile is free.
Before you accept your first introduction, a one-time $9 identity verification is required before contact information is exchanged. Most singles verify at sign up to show they are a real human, not a bot. There are no monthly membership fees.
- Will my profile be public?
No.
Your profile is never publicly searchable. Only vetted professional matchmakers within the network can view eligible member profiles.
- Who can see my contact information?
No one without your permission.
If a matchmaker requests an introduction, you'll first decide whether you'd like to move forward before any contact information is shared.
- Am I guaranteed introductions?
No.
Introductions are based on compatibility, availability, and mutual interest. Our focus is on meaningful introductions—not volume.
- Can I decline an introduction?
- Absolutely. Every introduction is optional. You're always in control of who you choose to meet.
- Can I update my profile?
- Yes. You can log in anytime to update your photos, preferences, lifestyle, and relationship goals.
- Do I have to hire a matchmaker?
No. Creating your profile is complimentary, and there is no requirement to purchase a matchmaking membership.
The Matchmaking Network gives vetted professional matchmakers the opportunity to discover your profile when they believe you're a great fit for one of their clients. If a matchmaker requests an introduction, you'll always have the opportunity to accept or decline before any contact information is shared.
- Can I work with my own matchmaker?
- The Matchmaking Network allows you to be potentially introduced to singles via a network of matchmakers. You can decide who you work with.
- Can more than one matchmaker request an introduction?
Yes.
One of the unique advantages of The Matchmaking Network is that your private profile may be discovered by multiple vetted professional matchmakers across the country.
If more than one matchmaker believes you're a strong fit for one of their clients, you'll receive separate introduction requests and decide which introductions you'd like to accept. Your contact information is never shared without your permission.
- What if I want to hire a professional matchmaker?
The Matchmaking Network is designed to help singles become discoverable by professional matchmakers, but it is not a traditional matchmaking membership.
If you're looking for personalized matchmaking, coaching, or a dedicated professional actively searching for compatible matches on your behalf, we also offer full-service matchmaking through our sister company, When We First.

- What if I want a dedicated matchmaker actively searching for me?
The Matchmaking Network is designed to increase your opportunities by allowing vetted professional matchmakers to discover your profile. It is not a guaranteed-date membership.
If you're looking for a dedicated matchmaker who will actively recruit, search, and advocate for you throughout the process, a traditional matchmaking membership may be a better fit. Some professional matchmakers in our network offer premium matchmaking services, which are completely separate from The Matchmaking Network.
Browse Participating Professionals- Can matchmakers try to sell me a membership?
No.
The Matchmaking Network is built on trust.
Professional matchmakers may answer questions if you express interest in their services, but they may not use the platform to pressure, solicit, or repeatedly promote paid memberships.
If a matchmaker uses aggressive sales tactics or makes you uncomfortable, you may report the interaction directly through the platform. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the network.
- Can I hire a professional matchmaker later?
Absolutely.
Joining The Matchmaking Network does not prevent you from hiring a professional matchmaker in the future.
If you decide you'd like personalized guidance, dedicated recruiting, coaching, or guaranteed search efforts, you may explore professional matchmaking services separately.
- What happens after I join?
- You'll become eligible for introductions whenever a participating matchmaker believes you may be a strong fit for one of their clients.
- How long will it take before I'm contacted?
- There is no guaranteed timeline. You'll only hear from us when a meaningful introduction becomes available.
- Can I download my workbook again?
- Yes. Every purchase is permanently available in My Library.
- May I share my workbook?
- No. Each workbook is licensed to the original purchaser for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, uploaded, or resold.

- Who can join the Matchmaking Network?
- Professional matchmakers who are committed to providing an exceptional experience for relationship-minded singles and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- How much does it cost?
Founding Matchmakers currently pay just $10 per successful introduction request.
This special introductory pricing is available through 2026 and is expected to increase in 2027.
- Why should I join if I already have my own database?
You should do both.
Your own database will always be one of your most valuable assets.
The Matchmaking Network expands your reach by giving you access to a growing community of relationship-minded singles who have already opted into intentional dating and are open to working with professional matchmakers.
Instead of replacing your database, the network becomes another trusted resource when your own database doesn't contain the right match.
- How does the introduction process work?
Browse compatible singles, request an introduction, and wait for the member's approval.
Only after both parties agree will contact information be exchanged so you may continue your normal matchmaking process.
Candidate identities remain anonymous until both parties agree to proceed.
- Do I keep my own clients?
Yes.
You continue to own and manage your own clients and business relationships. The Matchmaking Network simply provides another source of exceptional singles to help you create more successful matches.
- How are singles screened?
Every single completes a detailed profile before joining the network.
Identity verification is completed before a first introduction, helping create a safer and more trusted experience for everyone involved.
